Privacy Policy – Dualar ve Sureler Sesli
This policy explains what information Dualar ve Sureler Sesli (the "App"), published by Learnify Limited, handles and why. The App has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts or location.
1. Information stored on your device
Your language and theme settings, favourites, bookmarks, the last page you read, downloaded translations and your tasbih counts and goals are saved on your device. This information stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is removed when you uninstall the App.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model, app version and ad interactions, under Google's Privacy Policy (how Google uses data from partner apps).
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the App's privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
3. Purchases (Google Play and RevenueCat)
Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never receive your payment details. To restore an ad-free purchase, the App uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, the purchase receipt and basic device information (RevenueCat Privacy Policy).
4. Quran translations and recitations
When you open a Quran translation for the first time, the App downloads it from the QuranEnc service (quranenc.com) and keeps a copy on your device. Recitation audio is streamed from our server (dua.learnifyltd.com). These requests contain only what any web request contains (such as your IP address and the requested file); they are not linked to you and we do not use them to identify you.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. The services above process data only to provide their function.
Children
The App is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, most requests are handled by deleting the App's data on your device or through the advertising and consent settings above. Changes
We may update this policy when the App changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz modeli, uygulama sürümü ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi cihaz bilgilerini Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında toplayabilir (Google iş ortağı uygulamalardaki verileri nasıl kullanır).
Yasaların gerektirdiği yerlerde (ör. AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre) Uygulama, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam göstermeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izninizi ister; tercihinizi Uygulamanın gizlilik seçeneklerinden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
3. Satın almalar (Google Play ve RevenueCat)
Satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Reklamsız sürüm satın alımını geri yüklemek için Uygulama RevenueCat kullanır; RevenueCat anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma makbuzu ve temel cihaz bilgilerini alır (RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası).
4. Kur'an mealleri ve tilavetler
Bir meali ilk açtığınızda Uygulama onu QuranEnc hizmetinden (quranenc.com) indirir ve cihazınızda saklar. Tilavet sesleri sunucumuzdan (dua.learnifyltd.com) akışla çalınır. Bu istekler yalnızca her web isteğinde bulunan bilgileri (IP adresiniz ve istenen dosya gibi) içerir; sizinle ilişkilendirilmez ve sizi tanımak için kullanılmaz.
Paylaşım ve satış
Bilgilerinizi satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmayız. Yukarıdaki hizmetler verileri yalnızca kendi işlevlerini yerine getirmek için işler.
Çocuklar
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.
Haklarınız
Yaşadığınız yere göre (ör. GDPR, KVKK) kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarınız olabilir. Kendi sunucularımızda kişisel veri tutmadığımız için taleplerin çoğu Uygulama verilerini cihazınızdan silerek veya yukarıdaki reklam ve onay ayarlarıyla karşılanır.
