US Citizenship Test App — Learnify Inc. — Last updated: February 8, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Learnify Inc. ("Licensor") for the use of the US Citizenship Test mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Learnify Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a personal mobile device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the App's documentation.

The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, questions, graphics, images, audio, code, and design, are the property of Learnify Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its content.
The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing a premium subscription.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Learnify Inc. does not warrant that:
The App is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS, the US Department of Homeland Security, or any other US government agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learnify Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass any examination, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
Learnify Inc. may from time to time release updates or new versions of the App. Updates may be required for continued use. This Agreement applies to all updates unless a separate agreement is provided.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Learnify Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Learnify Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
